While we wait for some official info about the next Call of Duty this June, two dataminers have unearthed some details about the games to come in 2026 and 2027. Obviously, it's for the best if you take this with a grain of salt.

The episode due in two years' time is codenamed “Project Devilwood” and developed by Infinity Ward. The story will take place in the universe of Call of Duty: Ghosts, which saw the light of day in 2013.

As for the title due in 2027, Sledgehammer Games would be at the helm. This time, it would be a sequel to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, which we got in 2014. The game is called “Project Anvil” internally.
