According to the latest info from someone on Famiboards who has investigated shipping and customs data between Nintendo and NVIDIA, the console will pach 12 GB of RAM. It will also come with 6 GB of LPDDR5 memory at 7,500 MT/s abd 256 GB of UFS 3.1 flash storage would also be included.
This would represent a serious improvement on the Switch, which features just 4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and a maximum storage capacity of 64 GB.
