, by Thibaut
Here's the umpteenth studio to disappear after almost twenty years in business. Founded in 2005, Paladin Studios was forced to close its doors this weeks.
The Dutch firm explains that it was unable to secure some contracts to stay afloat. Co-founder and co-director Derk de Geus said he has taken the decision before the situation took a turn for the worse, all to be able to give the now former employees their severance pay. Some 45 people lost their jobs.
Paladin Studios is behind the mobile games Cut the Rope Remastered, Amazing Katamari Damacy and My Tamagotchi Forever. We also owe them Good Job!, which is available on Switch.
