Take-Two has almost dismantled the Private Division label

Every day we learn a little bit more about the major restructuring going underway at Take-Two Interactive. The company's layoff of 5% of its workforce seems to be having quite a big impact on the entire corporate structure.

GamesIndustry.biz reports that "the vast majority" of Private Division teams based in Seattle, Munich, Las Vegas and New York have been dismissed. The label responsible for games such as The Outer Worlds, Kerbal Space Program and OlliOlli seems to have gone the way of the dodo.

The Roll7 and Intercept Game studios, both managed by Private Division, have also closed its doors.
