Fallout 4 was the best-selling game in Europe last week

Thanks to the release of the franchise's TV series, Fallout 4 was a big hit on Europe last week. The GamesIndustry site reports that Bethesda Game Studios' title climbed to the top of the weekly bestseller list.

From one week to the next, sales of the fourth game in the saga jumped by 7,500% in Europe. The game's success is also due to the substantial discounts offered by almost all online stores. The PC version accounted for 69% of sales, with the remainder split between PlayStation and Xbox.

Meanwhile, Fallout 76 climbed to eighth place in the rankings, with an 85% increase in PC sales. Fallout: New Vegas is 9th, Fallout 3 10th, Fallout Classic Collection is 43th, Fallout 2 57th and the first Fallout 70th.
