According to an insider, the PlayStation 5 has reached its full potential

While many consider an eventual PlayStation 5 Pro to be pointless, specially because the base model has yet to reach its full potential, an insider is keen on the contrary.
According to them, the PlayStation 5 has no untapped potential remaining, and has already delivered its best, so a pro model is needed to provide better graphics and performance.
However, it's important to note that if the leaks concerning the PlayStation 5 Pro's components are true, then it won't be that different to the base model.
We're talking about an improved GPU, better ray-tracing performance and the addition of an in-house upscaler, the PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution.
And while all this will provide a welcome boost to those devs who want to go even further, it won't represent a radical departure.
