Disney Speedstorm's next season pass will cost real money

Here's a change in pricing policy that's sure to cause an outcry among Disney Speedstorm games. Gameloft has changed the way in which you get the Golden Pass, i.e. the season pass of the game.

Starting with Season 7, which begins on April 17, the pass can no longer be purchased with tokens, which can be obtained free of charge by completing in-game objectives. Instead, you'll have to pay real money to access the paid portion of the Gold Pass.

It will cost €9.99 / $9.99. A multi-level skip pack will also be available for €19.99 / $19.99. Alas, those who had intended to save their tokens in order to purchase the next Gold Pass will no longer be able to do so.
