Activision has banned more that 27,000 accounts on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Warzone in just one weekend

Activision doesn't take cheating lightly. During the free trial that ended Monday April 8, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III multiplayer modes were filled to the brim with new players. Sadly, some of them didn't respect the rules.
The American publisher has proudly stated that they have banned over 27,000 accounts during the free weekend thanks to improvements to the RICOCHET anti-cheating software system.
They've also said that there will be new security updates shortly, which will surely lead to some in-game bans more.
