Konami raises employee salaries for the third consecutive fiscal year

While we've been seeing plenty of mass lay-offs and studio closures for many months now, here's some good news for the day featuring Japanese company Konami.
We've learned that the Japanese company has decided to increase the base salaries of their workforce from March 2025, for the third consecutive fiscal year.
The lowest salaries will increase by 5,000 yen, or around 30 euros. For most positions, this means an increase from 295,000 yen to 300,000 yen.
