Dragon's Dogma 2 is Capcom's single-player game with the highest numer of concurrent players on Steam

Just a handful of hours after launch, Dragon's Dogma has smashed the japanese company's record for most concurrent users on Steam.

The sequel is now the Capcom single-player game with the most users connected at the same time, with a peak of 184,724 at the time of writing. It has overtaken the Resident Evil 4 remake already, which reached 168,192.

However, Dragon's Dogma 2 is currently getting average reviews on Steam, with plenty of criticisms over optimization issues and microtransactions, which isn't usually the case with a single-player game.
