Mojang has launched the Marketplace Pass

Here's a little something that hasn't been to the liking of the Minecraft community. This week, Mojang unveiled the Marketplace Pass, a monthly subscription for the game that comes with certain bonuses.

For a monthly fee of $3.99, you get access to over 150 Marketplace packs, including textures, skins, world, survival maps, mashups and more. But that's not all. A new set of character creation items will be released each month, and you can keep them even after you stop being subscribed.

However, it is important to note that this Marketplace Pass is only available in the Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. If you want to get a taste, there's a 30-day free trial available now.
