New detailes on the next Ghost Recon game, to be released in 2025-2026

Along with Assassin's Creed and Far cry, Ghost Recon is without a hint of doubt Ubisoft's third pilar. Today, Insider Gaming is back with some juicy new details about the next game in the franchise.

Internally, it's known as Project Over, and it's going to be a team-based tactical FPS inspired by the biggest licenses in the genre, such as Call of Duty and Battlefield. The story is set in the fictional war of Naiman, a hostile country in the southeast.

There are going to be some pretty dark and controversial scenes, as was the case with Modern Warfare. The objetive of the game is to locate a traitor among hundreds of thousands of dead.

Insider Gaming cites some notable graphical improvements. Finally, this new Ghost Recon seems to be scheduled for 2025-2026.
