Hidetaka Miyazaki says he's delighted to hear gamers are calling for a Bloodborne remake

It's undoubtedly one of the most wanted by gamers right now. Many are hoping for a remastered version or even a remake of Bloodborne. The PS4 exclusive released in 2015 is quite simply one of the most beloved Souls-like games.

Hidetaka Miyazaki, FromSoftware's boss, spoke about the subject in an interview with Eurogamer.

"It is a title we hold very dear and just as much as our fans. It does make me very happy to see that there are still so many people passionate about it. Put simply, it makes me very happy to see it's a title with a lot of specific memories, both for me and the staff who worked on it. And when we see those passionate voices in the community, of course it makes us feel thrilled, it makes us feel very fortunate to have that and to have those memories."

Miyazaki was careful not to mention the possibility of a new version of Bloodborne. The choice of such a project will in any case rest with Sony Interactive Entertainment, which owns the license.
