Playground Games may aim for a 2025 release date for Fable

It's been since last June since we've seen the next Fable. Developed by Playground Games (Forza Horizon), the game will be a sort of reboot that should feature a vast open world.

Today, insider Nate the Hate has come up with a little rumour, which should of course be taken with a grain of salt. Last year, the British studio reportedly hoped to release its RPG in 2025. Of course, the launch window is always subject to change during development.

In addition, Nate the Hate has stated that Contraband, an open-world co-op title produced by Avalanche Studios (Just Cause), could arrive as early as this year. As for the next Banjo which is said to be in the pipeline, the project has reportedly been completely revised in terms of its ambition and overall vision. so we'll have to be patient.
