A remake of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune could be on the way

Since the release of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy in August 2017, the franchise hasn't received any new games. Only the compilation Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection saw the light of day in 2022 on PS5 and PC.

However, Sony hasn't completely abandoned the idea of giving Nathan Drake a second lease of life. According to Nick Baker and Jon Clarke of XboxEra, a remake of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is in the works. This first episode was originally released on PS3 in 2007.

Baker stressed, however, that the clues he has been able to obtain are not 100% proof that the project will come to fruition. However, the remake is said to have been "at least considered" by the Japanese manufacturer.
