The real Metro 4 is in development

Many people were expecting a real fourth Metro entry during the State of Play. However, it was a virtual reality title called Metro Awakening VR that was shown on the occasion.

However, 4A Games is said to be working on a Metro 4. A simple press release states that "development continues separately at 4A Games on the next mainline installment of the Metro series.".

It's Virtuos Games that is in charge of the VR game.
