Monster Hunter Rise no longer works on Steam Deck
, by Thibaut
Capcom has recently updated Monster Hunter Rise on PC. On this occasion, the Japanese publisher removed the controversial Denuvo anti-piracy tool, which has been replaced by the equally criticized Enigma Protector DRM.
Unfortunately, this change has had serious repercussions on how the game works. The game no longer runs on Steam Deck, and performance has reportedly been significantly reduced.
That's why recent ratings for Monster Hunter Rise on Steam are "average".
