Palworld sold over 2 million copies in just 24 hours

Barely a day after its launch, Palworld is already a resounding commercial success! We've just learned that the Pokemon-like game has sold over 2 million units worldwide.

The Steam version of the game even reached a peak of 696,194 simultaneous players. A fine number that should grow in the coming hours..

There is, however, one small wrinkle. While Palworld has dedicated servers for up to 32 PC users, the Xbox version is limited to four players in co-op mode.

The developers would like to change this, but they point out that "unfortunately it's not up to us and is quite difficult to negotiate at this time. But... we are trying!"
