CI Games (Lords of the Fallen) has laid off 10% of its staff

More bad news from the video game industry. Despite a successful launch, the creators of Lords of the Fallen have laid off staff.

CI Games cut 10% of its workforce this week. This "difficult but necessary" decision was made in order to "preserve the strength and stability of the company"*.

The redundancies mainly affect CI Games' marketing teams. Studios Hexworks (Lords of the Fallen) and Underdog (Sniper Ghost Warrior) have also been affected.
