Take-Two has filed a lawsuit over Remedy's new logo, deemed too similar to Rockstar's

Take-Two Interactive has Remedy Entertainment in its sights. More precisely, it's the Finnish company's new logo that's causing a problem. Remember that the creators of Alan Wake changed their logo last June.
In September, Take-Two filed an objection, explaining that "there is a risk of confusion on the part of the public". The Remedy "R" was said to resemble the Rockstar Games "R" too closely.
A delicate dispute, to say the least, since Remedy Entertainment is currently working with Take-Two on the remakes of Max Payne 1 and 2. It remains to be seen whether this will have a detrimental influence on the project.
