Nintendo continues to dominate game sales in Japan for the 19th consecutive year

This is hardly a surprise, given that Nintendo remains an undisputed giant in the video game industry, particularly in its home territory.
Famitsu recently published its latest annual report on game and hardware sales in Japan, confirming that the ten best-selling games of the year were destined for the Nintendo Switch. The console itself also takes first place in terms of sales.
Again according to Famitsu data, Nintendo has maintained its dominant position in the video game and hardware sales rankings every year since 2005.
