REV-9 gaming laptop makes a splash with impressive design and components
, by Quentin
From Chinese company Zhanjiang Xinjuneng, the REV-9 gaming laptop is attracting a lot of attention.
Indeed, with its original, imposing design, the brand has succeeded in creating quite the buzz on the Internet. This computer is equipped with a 64-core AMD Epyc processor, a liquid cooling system, and a RTX 4080 with 16 GB, comparable to that normally found in a desktop PC.
What's more, it appears to offer a choice between a 17.3-inch screen with a 240 Hz refresh rate and 2.5K definition, or 4K resolution with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
For the time being, its release is scheduled exclusively for the Chinese market from tomorrow. Its price has yet to be revealed, but given that the onboard processor alone costs $9,000, we can already predict that it won't be cheap.
