THQ Nordic charges 6.99 euros for a new game mode for AEW: Fight Forever

Players may have been expecting a free update, but THQ Nordic has decided to charge a few bucks for a simple new mode for AEW: Fight Forever.

Called "Beat the Elite", it is priced at €6.99 / $6.99 / £5.79. This single-player mode invites players to face 10 random wrestlers. By winning all these fights, it is possible to obtain cosmetic items granted according to the chosen difficulty.

Naturally, many have expressed their dissatisfaction on social networks, claiming that such a mode should have been included in the base game.
