New details on Wu-Tang Clan game in development for Xbox
, by Thibaut
Back in 2021, there were rumors of a certain Project Shaolin, an Xbox title based on the Wu-Tang Clan, an American hip-hop group.
This week, the Insider Gaming site reports new information about this project. It's indeed a third-person action-RPG with a focus on fast-paced hand-to-hand combat. The game can be played coop by up to four players.
The game is currently in alpha phase, and there's a strong sinergy between combat and music, with lots of different songs featured in the title's OST. Our avatar will be able to use four different weapons (single, double swords, etc.).
In addition, nine members of the Wu-Tang Clan will be playable, each with unique characteristics and abilities. Players will be able to collect items during their adventure and sell them from a central hub called "The Quarter".
Finally, the graphics are said to be very colorful, with an anime style, and the open world to be freely explorable.
