Nvidia could launch a new RTX 3050 in early 2024, less powerful but also less expensive

This future iteration of the RTX 3050 is intended to replace the current model. It would have less memory capacity, from 8 GB to 6 GB, as well as lower performance. The GPU would be configured with 2048 cores, down 20% on the 8GB model, while the clock frequency would be maintained at 1470 MHz, a reduction of 17%.
However, the good news lies in its price, which should be under $200. The RTX 3050 6GB should be available from early 2024.
