A Sonic x Angry Birds crossover is in the works, as are Yakuza and Persona mobile games
, by Thibaut
Last August, SEGA announced the acquisition of Rovio for 706 million euros, which will soon materialize in a crossover with Sonic.
The Japanese publisher's COO, Shuji Utsumi, humorously declared that the two licenses "are currently being released together", which suggests that some sort of collaboration between the two franchises is imminent.
Utsumi also announced that Rovio games for consoles are in development. Finally, mobile games for some of SEGA's major licenses, such as Persona and Yakuza, could see the light of day.
