In a press release, Sony Interactive Entertainment and NCSOFT revealed their intention to join forces in a worldwide strategic and commercial partnership.
NCSOFT president Taekjin Kim said the partnership marks the beginning of efforts to create various synergies with Sony.
Jim Ryan, President of Sony Interactive Entertainment, announced that the partnership would help advance the company's strategy of expanding its influence beyond consoles and extending PlayStation's reach to a wider audience.
