A brand-new patent from Electronic Arts has just leaked onto the Internet. What does it entail? Well, the company aspires to offer gamers the possibility of providing their own voices for characters in their games.
The method is detailed in one of the patent images. Your voice first passes through a synthesis module before being converted and processed through a vocoder.
