Atlus to increase its employees' average annual salary by 15%.

For once, it's good news from the video game industry that we're going to share. While we have sadly become accustomed to announcements of redundancies in recent weeks, Atlus has preferred to reward its current employees.

We learn that the average annual salary of the teams in charge of the Persona and Shin Megami Tensei sagas will be increased by 15% from April 2024. The studio's aim is to attract and, above all, retain the world's most talented developers. All this while creating "an environment in which employees can give their best with a stable income "*.

As a result, salaries for new graduates will rise from 257,000 to 300,000 yen (approx. €1,835) per month.
