Hellblade II is scheduled for 2024

Recently promoted to head of Xbox Game Studios and ZeniMax Media, Matt Booty answered some questions on The Fourth Curtain podcast.

During the interview, Booty reiterated that Microsoft intends to offer at least four major exclusive games every year.

Also during the interview, Matt Booty subtly hinted that the much-anticipated Hellblade II "will arrive later" in 2024. We'll be enjoying Ninja Theory's newest title in no time.
