From April 2024, Hiroki Totoki will remain President of PlayStation for a maximum of one year

Last September, Jim Ryan, the current CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment, announced his retirement. He will leave the company in March 2024. At that point, Hiroki Totoki, Sony's Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, will take over.

This interim period will begin in April and last for a maximum of one year. During the company's latest financial results presentation, Totoki stated that his main mission would then be to find a new president for PlayStation. The aim is to launch the transition process as quickly as possible.
