EA Sports FC 24 has over 14.5 million players in just four weeks

In the end, the name change had no negative impact on the commercial success of EA Sports FC 24.

After its 11.3 million registered players one week after launch, the newest soccer simulator has now registered over 14.5 million active accounts in just one month.

Electronic Arts CEO Andrew Wilson said the company had "successfully launched EA Sports FC, transforming one of the largest franchises in the world into a powerful, interactive platform for the future of football fandom."
