Around 100 people were fired from Bungie

We now know a little more about the wave of layoffs from Bungie this week. Bloomberg has just delivered a new report that is worrying, to say the least.
In fact, 8% of the studio's workforce has been fired, which represents around a hundred people. The decision was taken following disappointing financial results. Revenues were 45% below the projections estimated by the company's management due to poor player retention on Destiny 2.
Salaries and hiring were also frozen. In addition, since the employees were laid off on October 30, their benefits were only extended for one day after their departure. In fact, these stop at the end of the month. Questionable timing, to say the least...
