No more Internet connection required for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2... but only on Steam Deck

Since its arrival on the Epic Games Store and Steam, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 has required a permanent internet connection to run, a prerequisite that has now been removed on a very specific platform.

The collection can now be played offline. However, this change only concerns Steam Deck users. On the same machine, keyboard overlay has also been corrected too.
