Xbox mobile store planned for 2024 according to Tom Warren

According to The Verge's Tom Warren, Microsoft intends to launch a mobile Xbox store in 2024.
He states that the feasibility of this project would depend on certain regulations in Europe. However, if all the conditions are met, Xbox could publish a large number of games on mobile.
These words seem consistent with those of Phil Spencer, who recently stated that the strength of Activision Blizzard King's mobile division was a key factor in their acquisition.
