European Union should no longer investigate Activision Blizzard takeover

While Microsoft awaits the final decision of the British CMA on its takeover of Activision Blizzard, the American firm should no longer encounter any obstacles in its path.
Bloomberg reports that the European Union has no intention of conducting further investigation into the merger. The merger therefore seems to have been approved by the European Commission.
