NVIDIA plans to launch an upgraded variant of the GeForce RTX 3050 in 2024, equipped with the Ampere GPU architecture and 6 GB of memory. It would appear that NVIDIA is looking to clear older stock and offer an entry-level Ampere option.
Although the exact number of cores has yet to be confirmed, the card boasts clock speeds just under 1,470 MHz, a 17% reduction on the original model released in January 2022.
