Team17 plans major layoffs

According to a report by Eurogamer, Team17, the company behind Worms and Overcooked, is planning a major restructuring that would affect both subcontractors and in-house positions.
In all, some 50 positions are said to be threatened by this wave of redundancies. The process has already begun and is due to be completed in November.
In the same report, we learn that Michael Pattison, current CEO of the publishing division, is about to step down. Debbie Bestwick, Group CEO, is due to step down on January 1, 2024.
