Capcom will decline any acquisition offer from Microsoft

Haruhito Tsujimoto, COO of Capcom, has spoken out clearly regarding the company's position on mergers and acquisitions.
In an interview with Bloomberg, he said that if Microsoft were to approach Capcom, it would politely decline the offer, adding that equal partnership is preferable.
According to him, Capcom favors organic growth and also has no intention of acquiring other companies.
