Take-Two won't say if it's interested in buying Gearbox

During his annual meeting with his company's shareholders, Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two, was asked about the likelihood of a takeover of Gearbox, the company behind Borderlands.
Strauss Zelnick stated that Take-Two has an excellent relationship with Gearbox and is very proud of it. In his opinion, the company is wonderful and will continue to be successful in the future.
However, he concluded by saying that he is not in the habit of speculating on potential deals. So, for the moment, we don't know any more.
