CMA to give provisional response next week on Activision Blizzard takeover

The UK competition authority is currently the only remaing obstacle to block Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard. While discussions between the two groups have resumed, a final decision is still pending.
Fortunately, we'll have the beginnings of an answer very soon, as the CMA will deliver a provisional verdict next week. The final decision will be made by October 18, 2023.
