Embracer Group is considering selling Gearbox (Borderlands)

The last few weeks have been very difficult for Embracer Group. The Swedish firm has embarked on a far-reaching restructuring plan, and is looking to drastically reduce its expenses.
To achieve this goal, the company may decide to part ways with Gearbox Software, or so has Reuters learned from "three people familiar with the matter".
We also learn that several firms are already interested in such a takeover. It remains to be seen which claws the studio responsible for Borderlands will fall into.
