With The Elder Scrolls VI, Bethesda aims to create "the ultimate fantasy-world simulator"
, by Thibaut
Already more than five years after its announcement, we know next to nothing about The Elder Scrolls VI. Alas, this is likely to last a few years more, as the game is still in pre-production.
However, in an interview with GQ, Todd Howard spoke briefly about this eagerly-awaited sixth entry. While remaining cautious, the Bethesda Game Studios director stated his ambitions.
"It’s like… I don’t want to answer, but I want to be polite. I will say that we want it to fill that role of the ultimate fantasy-world simulator. And there are different ways to accomplish that given the time that has passed."
It's hard to know what Todd Howard really means... Nevertheless, we can expect a genre-defining project.
