New Zealand has given the go-ahead for the takeover of Activision Blizzard

While Microsoft is still negotiating with the CMA in the UK, almost all the other countries have given the go-ahead for the famous merger with Activision Blizzard, with a new country being added to the list this week.
New Zealand has approved the acquisition without the slightest restriction. The American manufacturer will therefore not have to make any concessions in this territory.
