Online play for Mario Kart 8 and Splatoon on Wii U to return on August 3

Shut down since last March, online services for Mario Kart 8 and Splatoon on Wii U will come back very soon. Remember that a lengthy server maintenance had been launched to correct a vulnerability detected in the online multiplayer.

The problem has now been resolved, and so will online return on August 3, 2023. However, you'll need to download an update in order to access online.
