Serious website Video Games Chronicle has some interesting tidbits about Nintendo's next console. According to this information, development kits are already at the company's key partner studios.
Furthermore, the launch date has been set for the second half of 2024, a window chosen to avoid shortages at the end of the year.
In terms of technical specifications, the console is expected to be usable in portable mode, and to feature an LCD screen. The OLED panel is said to have been ruled out in order to reduce production costs. Finally, as far as physical games are concerned, cartridge support is still on the menu.
