Xbox releases figures for its latest fiscal year

All the major brands have recently announced their results for the fiscal quarter running from April to June 2023. Today, it's Xbox's turn to roll out the big numbers with a few disappointments.

First of all, the American company announced sales of $3.1 billion, up 1% on the same period last year. Revenues from content and services (Game Pass) also rose by 5%. Unfortunately, this was still below the initial projection of 10%.

In addition, console sales were down 13%. For the full fiscal year ending in June, Microsoft's gaming division posted sales of $15.465 billion. This is the second-best fiscal year in the company's history, after 2022 ($16.23 billion).
