Silent Hill: Townfall now features a Hard Mode

It seems that Silent Hill: Townfall isn’t done with difficulty adjustments just yet. Released last September, Konami’s latest title has already seen several patches addressing its overall difficulty and that of certain enemies.

Today, it returns with Update 1.6, which introduces several new features, including a Hard mode that falls between Normal and Nightmare modes. According to the team, this new intermediate difficulty requires "a stealthy approach, rewarding patience and the judicious use of resources."

In addition, the other modes have been rebalanced, adjusting certain resources, the visibility of the player’s position, and the enemies’ hearing sensitivity based on the selected difficulty.
