Skydance (Warner Bros. Games) is offering voluntary separation packages to its employees

Following the celebrations marking the birth of Skydance after the merger between Paramount and Warner Bros., the time has come for restructuring. In fact, this new entertainment giant has just outlined the details of its new internal policy.

While this affects all business sectors, it’s important to note that Skydance now includes Warner Bros. Games studios. This encompasses franchises such as Hogwarts Legacy, Batman Arkham, and Mortal Kombat. As a result, these development studios will inevitably be affected by the following measures.

First, CEO David Ellison and Co-CEO Ynon Kreiz are requiring all employees to return to the office five days a week. The goal is to foster better "collaboration" to solve problems and generate ideas more quickly. But that’s not all.

A voluntary buyout plan has just been implemented. This "one-time offer" allows employees who wish to do so to leave the company with a severance package. We do not know how many people are eligible for this offer.
