The next Fight Night boxing game is expected to be called EA Sports Fight Night

Last week, Electronic Arts confirmed that a new installment in the Fight Night series is in development. The announcement was overshadowed by the news of BioWare’s closure.
However, we also learned at that time that the American publisher’s next boxing sim was still in pre-production. Today, thanks to Stephen Totilo of Game File, we’ve learned that the game is expected to be titled EA Sports Fight Night. The trademark was officially filed on Friday, October 23.
EA Sports Fight Night is ultimately a fairly conventional name, and one that aligns with the publisher’s other sports titles.
